According to the “Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Further Regulating the Import and Export Quarantine Supervision of Pets” (General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 5 of 2019), after review, the updated General Administration of Customs will publish a list of laboratories for detection of pet rabies antibodies. (see attached).

In the future, the Customs General Administration will update the announcement on the official website when the list of rabies-free areas, the list of pet rabies antibodies test results, and the list of ports with quarantine facilities are changed.
