According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture Development of the Republic of Panama on the Phytosanitary Requirements for importing Panama pineapple plants in China, the Quarantine Requirements for Importing Panama Pineapple Plants (see annex) is now announced. It says that fresh pineapple that meets the above requirements is allowed to be imported.
This announcement is implemented as of the date of promulgation.
